The purpose of this role is to work as a proactive member of the Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance (RFCC) team to support good compliance standards by the office with applicable local regulatory and financial crime laws and regulations and Groupwide compliance standards. You will work collaboratively within the RFCC team locally and across the Groupwide Department where opportunities arise.  

You will be responsible for supporting 5 Executive board members, supporting them with day-to-day administration and organisation. We are looking for an experienced eGaming compliance professional to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Manager & MLRO. This role sits within a dynamic team that provides both professional consultancy and managed services to a portfolio of international gaming clients. You will work with some of the most exciting remote gambling operators in the world to help them operate efficiently and in compliance with regulations. 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Fund Onboarding Specialist to join our client onboarding and implementation team. This role will focus on the onboarding of Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Private Credit, and Real Estate (RE) funds, ensuring that client and fund data is accurately interpreted, configured, and set up within our internal systems. Experience with Investran and/or LemonEdge is essential, along with a strong understanding of fund structures, KYC/CDD processes, and technical systems implementation. 

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Business Analyst / Project Manager to support systems implementation, business transformation, and data initiatives across our Fund operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Investran and ideally exposure to LemonEdge, as well as expertise in project planning, data mapping and migration, and workflow optimization.

As a Senior Trust Officer, you will assist and support the Trust team with the administration of a wide-ranging portfolio of companies, trusts, and foundations to maintain a consistent and high standard of service. You will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to streamline communication within our Jersey office and across the wider Group.

As a Trust Officer, you will work within our Trust Department to service a busy international client portfolio. You will work closely with the team to provide high quality support to clients through general trust and company administration, payment processing and compliance-related duties. You will be exposed to all areas of trust and company administration and client service, as well as learning from experts in other areas of the business to provide integrated solutions across the Group.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will provide efficient, timely and high-quality administration services to a continually expanding, multi-billion family trust structure. This structure liaises daily with the large family office located abroad and includes listed trading companies, traditional financial investments, Private Equity and very early stage tech start-up companies, art, property, private jets and yachts. The structure oversees a number of other entities located in a number of external jurisdictions.

You will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to meet the client’s needs.

This role sits inside a team responsible for a client with a focus on Custody and Fund services and thus experience in both areas would be beneficial to that relationship. The purpose of the role is to onboard customers, provide day to day processing, reviewing and sign-off and supervisory and signatory support for the business whilst bringing a high level of knowledge and experience in the identification of level of data, client due diligence and testing required.
