As a Senior Trust Officer, you will assist and support the Trust team with the administration of a wide-ranging portfolio of companies, trusts, and foundations to maintain a consistent and high standard of service. You will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to streamline communication within our Jersey office and across the wider Group.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Compliance team with the development and management of the Compliance function. In particular to ensure that the Compliance and Countering Financial Crime (“CFC”)  frameworks are maintained and developed to meet the needs of Suntera and to ensure that such frameworks are properly understood by everyone within the business.

You will be exposed to all areas of trust and company administration and client service, as well as learning from experts in other areas of the business to provide integrated solutions across the Group.

The Business Development Director Private Wealth will be responsible for driving the growth of our private wealth division. This role involves the promotion of the Suntera brand and our comprehensive suite of private wealth and family office services to a broad range of intermediaries and business introducers, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for our Private Wealth Division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the private wealth sector, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record in business development.

You will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to meet the client’s needs.

The purpose of the role will be to manage the people within a client delivery pod, mainly administering fund clients, acting as Client Director for key relationships and (if required) acting as a Director of client vehicles, including some POI Licensees.

As a Senior Administrator, you will work within our Corporate Services department on a specialised team that manages our limited companies to provide an accurate and efficient service to a busy international client portfolio. You will be exposed to all areas of international company management and client service, as well as learning from experts in other areas of the business to provide integrated solutions across the Group.

As Client Services Director, you will provide professional, high-level expertise to manage and oversee the efficient and profitable administration of trusts and companies, alongside managing your client administration team. You will exercise independent responsibility and discretion, working to broad parameters and policy guidance with direct responsibility to the Board.
