This Privacy Notice explains how Suntera Group Limited (hereinafter to be referred to as "Suntera", “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit and interact with the website www.suntera.com, including when you submit an enquiry, sign up to receive updates, or apply for a role through the website.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to personal data processed as part of client service delivery, client onboarding, or the provision of services through separate client systems or portals. Those processing activities are covered by the relevant Suntera Client Privacy Notice.

 This website may provide links to client portals operated by third party providers. Where you choose to access such a portal, your use of that portal and any personal data processed through it will be governed by the relevant provider’s own privacy notice, cookies notice and terms of use.  

Retention

We retain personal data collected through the website only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including to respond to enquiries, manage subscriptions, support recruitment, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and protect our legal rights. Retention periods will vary depending on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it was collected. When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
