Rebecca has more than 15 years’ experience in the funds industry, specifically in the area of corporate governance and more recently sustainability. She joined Carey in 2018, which was acquired by Suntera Global in 2023.
Prior to joining Suntera, Rebecca held relationship management positions at a global financial institution in relation to London Stock Exchange listed closed-ended funds as well as open-ended structures. Previous to this, at a global investment manager, she also was responsible for oversight of corporate governance for various fund structures in various jurisdictions.
Rebecca holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and a University of Cambridge qualification in Business Sustainability Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG) and of The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA) and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
Rebecca sits on the Marketing and Events Sub-committee of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association and is a Guernsey Sustainable Finance Council member.
