Rebecca joined Suntera Global as Client Director in the Funds Division in 2023 through the acquisition of Carey and has over 18 years’ experience in the funds’ industry, specifically Private Equity and Investment Companies.
Prior to joining Carey, Rebecca held relationship management positions at a global financial institution in relation to London Stock Exchange listed closed-ended funds as well as open-ended structures. She also worked at an international hedge fund manager in the product legal team and was responsible for oversight of corporate governance in various jurisdictions.
Rebecca has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance, is a Fellow of The Governance Institute and a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and has published academic research in corporate governance; she attends international conferences to discuss best practice and has a focus on environmental, social and governance criteria. She is also a member of the Guernsey Sustainable Finance Council and is currently studying for a University of Cambridge qualification in Sustainability Leadership.
