Deidree is an expert practitioner in the financial services industry, particularly with regard to the formation and administration of structures for families, and is a Director within Suntera Global’s Private Office, operating out of the Bahamas.
With a career in financial services spanning two decades, Deidree worked at a number of large financial institutions before joining Suntera in 2016 following the acquisition of RBC Wealth Management’s Caribbean business. As a lead within the Private Office arm of the business, she is responsible for developing and enhancing Suntera Global’s proposition for families across the Caribbean and wider Americas markets.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has served on the STEP Global Philanthropy Advisor Special Interest Group Steering Committee (2020 -2024). She has also authored several articles for the STEP Journal and is an active member of the Bahamas Financial Services community, having been elected as a Director for the Bahamas Financial Services Board, where she also served on the executive committee as Assistant Treasurer (2020 – 2022).
