Zoe joined Suntera in February 2026 as Client Services Director and is based in our Jersey office.
With 20 years of industry experience, she provides leadership across corporate governance, company secretarial practice, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day, she has oversight of a portfolio of complex corporate and fund structures, ensuring they meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and plays a central part in shaping and upholding exemplary client service standards across the team.
Before joining Suntera, Zoe spent 12 years as Director of Corporate Services at Gen II Jersey, where she led the delivery of governance and administration services to a broad range of international clients. She has also held roles within other global corporate services firms.
Zoe is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, reflecting her long standing commitment to professional standards in governance.
