Will co-founded Khepri and guided the firm through its 2023 management buyout and into its 2025 acquisition by Suntera. Now, as part of our global network, he co-manages the Group's UK operation, overseeing six service lines, more than 100 clients and infrastructure supporting approximately USD $6bn in assets under management.
He began his career as a real estate portfolio manager at Warner Estate, where he was responsible for managing two property funds worth around USD $700m. In 2010, Will joined MJ Hudson, building the UK Appointed Representative and AIFM platforms and establishing the Fund Administration business, before expanding similar fund services capabilities into Luxembourg and the Channel Islands. He has vast experience supporting emerging managers and specialist expertise across real estate, venture, private equity and private debt.
Will is a registered and approved Director and Portfolio Manager with the FCA and CBI, and sits on the investment committees overseeing approximately £1bn AUM. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Newcastle University and a PGDip in Estate Management from London South Bank University.
