Will is an Associate Director in our Finance department and has been with the Group since 2015. Will initially began his career in Marine Biology, completing a PhD in Marine Sciences at Liverpool University. In 2008, Will retrained as an accountant. He joined EY, achieving his ACA qualification with ICAEW and working in Audit before moving to Suntera. During his time with the Group, Will has been through various company acquisitions along with the MBO and has developed specialisms in management accounts, management information, operations and budgeting.
In his current role, he is part of the Group’s finance function, reviewing and approving Group payments and credit notes, as well as reviewing Group billing performance and cash balances. He is also involved in the review and approval of salaries for various Group jurisdictions, preparation and review of management accounts and subsequent queries from contacts across the business including senior management, along with supporting the budgeting process.
