Vishal joined Suntera as part of our acquisition of Aurtus Singapore in December 2025. In his position as Associate Partner, he has more than 14 years of extensive experience in advising various financial and non-financial services sector clients from a tax and regulatory perspective.
In his previous roles at Big 4 firms and Dhruva Advisors Singapore, Vishal has advised various large multinational corporations and private equity fund management clients on target acquisitions and exits. This included handling various advisory assignments on inbound/outbound investment structuring, tax due diligence, capital structuring, constitution of Permanent Establishment (PE), funds advisory and set up.
Vishal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He also earned a law degree from the University of Mumbai and completed a one-year specialisation in securities market law at Government Law College, Mumbai.
He has co-authored numerous taxation articles published in leading newspapers and online platforms, and is a regular speaker on tax-related topics at professional forums.
