Job Description

About The Role.

As part of the firm’s organic growth strategy, we have an opportunity for an experienced fund administration associate who wants to contribute to a fast-growing Fund Administration firm focusing on private credit, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and real estate funds.

Your duties will include:

  • Manage internal workflows and client deadlines
  • Building client relationships & liaising with client personnel on a daily basis
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all client contacts including investment professionals, investors, auditors, and banking personnel
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial work paper packages, including portfolio investment schedules, accruals, and partner capital allocations
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes for publication
  • Middle office responsibilities include daily trade entry and position reconciliation, fund expense payment processing, and calculation of management and performance fees

About you.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business degree
  • Familiarity with structured credit and credit derivative products (a major plus)
  • Experience working in a similar role with relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, confident, patient and a strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and demonstrate initiative
