This is Suntera Trustees (Jersey) Limited's Tortoise Takeover prize giveaway privacy notice. The privacy notice was updated on 22 June 2023.

The purpose of processing your personal data is to enable us to run this competition. By entering this competition, you will be providing us with your data that we need to run the competition, and we will only be holding your contact details for three months in our database after the competition closes.  We will post your name and photos on our website and on our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter pages for a period of twenty five years after the competition closes.  It will not be transferred outside the EEA or the crown dependencies.  You can ask us to remove this data at any time.
