As a Senior HR Advisor your aim is to provide a high-quality HR service to all employees including advice on HR policy, recruitment, workforce development and employee relations issues. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of project initiatives.
You will need a professional approach, and the ability to liaise confidently with senior level staff across the business, offering advice and guidance on HR matters. This is an exciting role that offers great career development within a supportive environment.
You will be someone who considers the bigger picture and the detail. You’ll demonstrate a commercial awareness coupled with excellent organisation and communication skills, so that you can deliver a no-nonsense service. You will drive on-going and continuous improvement in our processes, our data, and our ways of working with the ability to balance priorities and handle day to day workload and projects.
In this role you’ll assist the senior HR team with all aspects of general HR matters to provide an efficient, responsive, high-quality HR administrative and advisory support to directors, managers, and employees in designated office(s).
HR professionals require excellent written and verbal communications, high accuracy and organisational skills, and supreme attention to detail.
Your duties will include:
"I joined Suntera Global in July 2015, straight after finishing my A-levels, as Suntera had provisionally offered me a job in March 2015.
