Job Description

About The Role.

As a Senior Reviewer, you will work with multiple service areas and jurisdictions to develop your knowledge and get to know our business. You will be working with a range of colleagues across the Group to assist in achieving required regulatory and industry standards by preparing, carrying out, and monitoring an on-going review programme as required by legislation and global operating companies. 

Your duties will include:

  • Review trust and company client files to ensure all relevant documentation is up to date and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and update client databases
  • Ensure appropriate forms and supporting documents have been received and filed in accordance with internal procedures
  • Provide updates to the File Review Manager and Client Managers
  • Attend internal and external training as required
  • Support others within the review team as well as client services teams in the completion of their reviews
  • Carry out assurance checks on file reviews on a risk based approach
  • Keep on top of monthly review schedules
  • Any other ad hoc duties as they arise

About you.

You will be an enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn. The emphasis of this role will be on administrative support duties, a prior knowledge of risk and compliance are advantageous but not essential as training will be provided and you will have a support network within the department to assist you.

The following attributes would be advantageous:

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload efficiently
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft package and NavOne
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as STEP/CGI and ICA or relevant experience in financial services
