Job Description

About The Role.

 As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients in the areas of private equity, real estate and both institutional and private clients. 

Your duties will include:

  • Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
  • Organise board and shareholder meetings
  • Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
  • Drafting corporate documents and agreements
  • Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments
  • Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements.

About you.

You will be a dynamic, proactive and rigorous individual with excellent communication skills. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • A degree (minimum BAC+3 or equivalent) in law or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm or fiduciary
  • Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
  • Good knowledge of standard computer tools including Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English, plus any other languages is an asset.
