About The Role.

Working alongside other like-minded professionals you will be allocated responsibility for one or more jurisdictions and have responsibility over all the subsidiaries in that jurisdiction.

Your duties will include:

Prepare monthly group management accounts and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for group companies
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Manage the consolidation process
Support the group month-end close process including reviewing and processing submissions from local finance teams
Act as a key contact for external auditors during year-end audits
Prepare group audit deliverables, reconciliations, and technical memos
Address audit queries and ensure timely closure of audit points
Analyse group results and provide variance analysis vs budget / prior periods
Maintain and improve group reporting templates and controls
Provide input into Group financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner with jurisdictional management teams to ensure their understanding of the financial matters and smooth financial operations
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the boards of directors
Provide support to the wider finance team and undertake ad hoc tasks or projects as required by senior management

About you.

As Financial Accountant, you will be an experienced and motivated finance professional with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. You will bring a high level of accuracy, integrity and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, group environment.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience in fiduciary and fund services, financial services, or a related industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
