Job Description

About The Role.

Suntera Digital is a specialist sub-division within Suntera Global, focused on servicing innovative digital and technology-led businesses. Our client base spans algorithmic trading firms, online software providers, fintech and e-money businesses, blockchain ventures, and other fast-growing, tech-driven sectors.

As an Administrator or Senior Administrator within Suntera Digital, you will support a busy, international client portfolio and play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate, and responsive client service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, intellectually curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

Working closely with the wider team, you will provide high-quality administrative, banking, payments, and compliance support, with a particular focus on banking transactions, treasury activities, and payment processing. You will gain broad exposure to international company administration and client services, while learning from specialists across the wider Suntera Group to deliver integrated solutions.

Your duties will include:

  • Taking ownership of banking and payment processing for clients within the Digital portfolio, including completion of AML checks and adherence to internal payment controls.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate client records, ensuring all transactions and documentation are complete and up to date.
  • Liaising proactively with internal stakeholders and external providers to support client and company administration requirements.
  • Assisting with the administration of a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of international client structures.
  • Supporting compliance and corporate governance processes through regular interaction with clients and internal departments.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with professional third party banking providers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Gaining exposure to rapidly expanding sectors including software and digital technology, and professional trading operations.
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments to assist with compliance and corporate governance processes.

About you.

You are proactive and highly organised, with the confidence to work effectively in a busy environment. You enjoy taking responsibility, spotting issues early, and finding practical solutions. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting quickly as priorities change. You will have good administrative and organisational skills with a basic understanding of company and client administration. A proven keen interest in the emerging digital aspects of Corporate Services would be beneficial. At Senior Administrator level, previous experience working within a corporate service provider is essential.

  • A proactive approach to learning, with evidence of continued professional development.
