Suleman is a Partner at Suntera and leads the Corporate Services team, bringing over two decades as a seasoned Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Suntera, he founded Nestor UK Consulting, an Accounting and Corporate Secretarial Business acquired by Khepri in 2024, with Khepri later joining the Suntera group in 2025.
His earlier career includes roles with BDO Pakistan and Grant Thornton Kuwait, where he developed a broad skill set spanning accounting, audit, reporting, valuations, financial modelling, business setup, corporate secretarial, and deal structuring. Suleman is adept at supporting the complexities of both regulated and non-regulated entities across diverse international markets.
He has also worked with Big-4 firms on valuations and strategic buy and sell side transactions, and has experience in launching VC Fund structures in the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, the UK and the USA.
