As Director and Head of Corporate Services in Guernsey, Sharon leads our administration team, ensuring seamless day-to-day management of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios. She first joined Suntera in 2000 as a Trust and Company Administrator, bringing with her a strong background in corporate relations from her earlier experience in the legal sector.
With over 26 years’ experience in trust and corporate structures, including employee benefit trusts, Sharon has extensive expertise in administering structures across multiple jurisdictions. She applies this knowledge daily to provide tailored, high-quality service to our clients.
Sharon is a qualified Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, holding a master’s degree in Corporate Governance, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
