Phoebe is a Divisional Director within the Regulatory Solutions team at Khepri, which became part of Suntera following its acquisition in 2025. She is responsible for much of the day‑to‑day management of Appointed Representative clients and supports the Regulatory Solutions department across internal committees with compliance framework oversight, project delivery, and engagement with third‑party stakeholders. She also acts as the supporting Compliance Officer for a corporate advisory and asset management client one day per week. Phoebe has been a key member of the team for over three years.
Before joining Khepri, Phoebe worked at MJ Hudson, where she began her career as an Analyst in 2020. Prior to entering the financial services sector, she spent two years as a paralegal in the non‑contentious construction team of a London‑based law firm, giving her a strong grounding in legal analysis and stakeholder communication.
Phoebe is currently studying for a Master of Arts in Law at the University of Law. She previously completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Durham and has since obtained an AML certification through Suntera.
