Paul joined Suntera in January 2026 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive leadership experience and a strong track record in organisational transformation. He is responsible for overseeing our global office network, strengthening business processes and collaboration across the Group, driving digitalisation, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional client service.
Before joining Suntera, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer at Rathbones, overseeing its Wealth Management division after senior roles across Investment Management and as Chief of Staff to the CEO. His leadership supported key strategic programmes, digital transformation initiatives and efforts to enhance client service and employee engagement across multiple jurisdictions. His earlier career includes COO positions within both Wealth Management and Investment Management, with responsibility for executive projects, front office client service operations in the UK and South Africa, and digital services.
He also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at WH Ireland, an AIM listed financial services firm providing Private Wealth Management, Wealth Planning and Corporate Broking services.
Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from Aston University, a DMS in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School, and has completed the Executive Leadership Programme in Business Administration and Management at Henley Business School.
