The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in building cohesion between Senior Management and Group client facing teams responsible for executing outsourcing back-office functions. This role will involve supporting Senior Management in facilitating seamless communication and ensuring that outsourced operations align with expectations. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for the oversight and ensuring the day-to-day functions are carried out in a timely manner, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth and development of the business.
