Suntera Global appoints Global Head of HR

Suntera Global are delighted to announce that Sharon De Mendonca joined the company in September as their Global Head of HR.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Sharon is highly experienced in human resources with over 20 years under her belt.   Sharon has held a number of senior HR roles, including at board level and has operated across a wide range of jurisdictions including Asia, the Caribbean and Europe. She has an extensive background in the delivery of acquisitions across multiple locations, managing change and building operational capability.

In her new role, Sharon will be based out of the Suntera Jersey office and will be responsible for leading and developing the strategic direction of HR and its alignment to the wider business strategy.
