Suntera Global, the Jersey-headquartered, independent provider of bespoke fund, corporate, and private wealth services, has completed its acquisition of US-based Experienced Advisory Consultants LLC (EAC).
Following an initial agreement announcement in April, the addition of EAC strengthens Suntera’s existing US and global fund services capabilities, particularly across middle office, outsourced solutions, and operational support services for alternative investment structures, while also adding further depth of expertise across the Group.
The acquisition adds two new offices in Florida and Connecticut, with the EAC team now joining Suntera to become ‘EAC, a Suntera Global Company’, with the intention to rebrand to Suntera at a later date.
EAC is a market leading provider of outsourced solutions, management company, and operational support services to alternative investment managers across the US. The business comprises professionals with extensive experience supporting a diverse client base ranging from pre launch funds to complex, multi billion dollar institutions, including hedge funds, private equity organisations, venture capital firms, broker dealers, funds of hedge funds, and family offices.
Suntera already has a significant presence in the US market following its acquisition of Socium (now Suntera Fund Services) in 2022.
