Suntera Global has appointed Paul Jones to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), a key strategic role focussed on building a transformational operating platform that delivers enhanced client service, optimal performance and supports the international service provider’s global growth strategy.
Based in London, Paul brings a depth of leadership experience and a proven track record of building, restructuring and transforming businesses across financial services organisations throughout his extensive career.
He joins Suntera Global having held COO positions at a number of well-known firms covering private wealth management, banking, wealth planning and fund management. He has particular expertise in strengthening operations, developing robust business plans, and executing strategic acquisitions and divestments to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value.
His new role will see him continue to leverage his knowledge and collaborative mindset to drive technological enhancement, deliver excellence in client service and greater efficiencies with a clear focus on the strategic growth of the business.
