Congratulations to Kyle Brits, Head of Fintech and Cryptoassets, who has been elected as a Committee Member of the Digital Assets Global Special Interest Group (SIG) at STEP – Advising Families Across Generations.
The Special Interest Group (SIG) for Digital Assets was established in recognition of the emerging issues relating to how practitioners effectively assist clients and their fiduciaries in planning for and administering the digital assets of individuals after the individual dies or loses capacity. The committee provides a platform from which to work with individuals from around the world on topics such as education, regulation, and best practice in relation to Digital Assets.
