Cayman staff helped a major community clean up initiative recently to mark Earth Day

Thirty staff from Suntera Global’s Cayman Islands office joined forces with hundreds of other community volunteers recently to help clean up local roads, beaches, bushland and waterways.

The annual initiative was held to mark Earth Day on 24th April, with the Suntera Global team joining around 150 other teams taking part in the island-wide clean up effort.

Suntera Global also sponsored the brunch at the George Town Yacht Club for those taking part.

Katy Stopford, Managing Director of the firm’s Cayman Islands office, said:

“This event brought together people from all over the local community who share an appreciation of just how important our natural environment is and understand our responsibility to look after it. We were really pleased to have such a strong team of passionate people taking part this year, and to be able to sponsor the brunch for all those people who worked tirelessly to help keep our island clean on Earth Day this year.”
