Coronavirus Guidance

16th March 2020

Suntera Global has implemented measures to mitigate the risks posed by the coronavirus pandemic to both our clients and employees. We are committed to protecting the safety and wellbeing of our clients, employees, and their families as well as ensuring there is minimal disruption to our services during this challenging and uncertain time.

We are making contingency arrangements to deal with this risk in all seven of our international offices and we are putting processes in place to maintain a level of service for our clients without compromising our employees.

Our Hong Kong office have already enacted their Business Continuity Plan and we have developed similar policies across our other offices to ensure a safe and thorough approach. We are holding daily meetings internally to review guidance from the relevant health authorities and coordinate our response accordingly.

To minimise the potential spread of the virus, all staff have been prepared in contingency measures for remote working should the occasion arise where they are required to work from home for an extended period.

We would like to apologise to clients for any inconvenience caused, though we hope you can understand the reasons for any interruptions at this time.

Suntera has taken significant steps to make sure that we are well prepared for the spread of the coronavirus, and we are doing everything in our power to ensure there is no significant disruption to our client services. We will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and update our policies accordingly to ensure staff in all of our offices can continue to support our clients during this challenging and uncertain time.

We will provide further guidance on the situation as the need arises.
