Negath joined Suntera Global in May 2025 as Client Services Director, bringing over 25 years of experience, including more than 20 years in senior financial leadership roles. She leads a client fund administration team, providing high-level expertise, and operating within broad strategic parameters to ensure the efficient and profitable management of fund clients.
Prior to joining Suntera, she served as Head of Southampton – Central Services at Langham Hall, overseeing shared services across the London, Jersey, and Guernsey offices. Before this, she spent eight years as Head of Real Estate, where she played a key role in growing the division from two people to a high-performing team of around 100 professionals ranging from graduates to senior managers.
Negath is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and brings extensive experience in real estate accounting, having worked with major investment firms including Pradera European Real Estate Fund, AIG Global Real Estate, and Tishman Speyer Properties. Her broader career also includes financial roles across the investment, hospitality, and media sectors.
