Mike joined the Group as the co-founder of Khepri, the UK fund services firm that was acquired by Suntera in 2025. He now leads our UK Regulatory Solutions Division, a team he has developed and headed for the past seven years.
As a trusted adviser to financial services firms, Mike is known for delivering pragmatic. proportionate UK and European regulatory guidance. His background includes Big 4 audit, consulting roles, and 14 months at the FCA, and in 2016 he was recognised in Financial News’ Top 40 Under 40: The Rising Stars of Legal Services.
He works across asset management, wealth management, broking, and asset servicing, with expertise spanning AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID, market abuse, financial crime, data protection, prudential and conduct rules, best execution, market surveillance, compliance outsourcing and AML.
The Regulatory Solutions team provides a full suite of UK regulatory compliance services, from regulatory hosting and Appointed Representative solutions to ongoing day-to-day compliance support and complex regulatory projects.
