Michele joined the Group in 2021 and she is our Senior HR Manager based in Jersey. Her remit covers Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg where she primarily provides HR services, advice and support to Managers, Directors and all staff within these locations. Michele began her HR career in 2009 and since then, she has predominantly worked in offshore global corporate businesses. She holds a postgraduate CIPD Advanced Diploma Level 7 as well as the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 qualification, CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Personnel Practice and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology.
In her current role, Michele covers a broad spectrum of HR activities, partnering with senior management across Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg to ensure that the HR provision delivers creative and commercial HR solutions to meet the business's goals.
