Luke is our Director for Suntera Training and he joined the business in November 2018. In his role, Luke works with Group leads across each area of our business to understand all staff learning requirements and ensure that a global approach to education is delivered through the utilisation of learning technology. Training provided within the Group includes regulatory and non-regulatory topics and these are assigned to new employees as part of their onboarding program and existing staff for general upskilling on our systems and procedures.
As well as supporting the group, Suntera Training also provides services to currently four B2B partners. Part of Luke's role is to ensure each of our existing partners has all the resources required to provide online training to their clients. Luke also monitors where new partnerships/clients can be established and when identified, plan and manage the full process from the kick-off through to product launch.
One of Luke's primary focus areas is around supporting businesses (including our own) in understanding staff education through the utilisation of learning technology and providing tactics that help create engaging and successful employee training programs.
Luke has 15 year's experience within various Learning and Development areas with a predominant focus on digital learning solutions. More recently, he has been strategically focused on the scope and delivery of our new LXP to further support the Group and our existing B2B partners whilst enhancing our tech armoury for any new prospective clients and partners.
