Kelvin is Head of Fund Services, Singapore, and has over 20 years of experience in the fund and securities services industry. He is responsible for leading Suntera’s fund services offering in Singapore, supporting clients across traditional and alternative investment funds both in the public and private markets.
Prior to joining Suntera, Kelvin held senior roles with leading banks, fund administrators, and financial services providers, where he focused on business development, client management, and the delivery of complex fund and investment servicing solutions. He has worked closely with global financial institutions, fund managers, and public sector organisations, helping clients navigate fund launches, governance requirements, and operational challenges.
Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University. He is a CFA charterholder, and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
