Julien has a wealth of experience in compliance built through three decades of working in financial services across the globe.
Initially beginning his career practicing law in the Cayman Islands, he has since held a number of senior roles covering compliance, MLRO, company secretary and risk at top tier firms in the Caribbean, Hong Kong, Mauritius and Jersey.
Heading up the Isle of Man compliance team, Julien specialises in remediation and improvements in risk management as well as compliance and governance frameworks.
He trained as a solicitor in the UK, was called to the Grand Court Bar of the Cayman Islands and has an ICA International Diploma in Compliance.
