Jade joined Suntera in January 2016 and is its Group Commercial and Marketing Director, progressing from one of its flagship subsidiaries.
With nearly two decades of marketing and commercial experience, Jade leads the Group’s commercial strategy, strengthening business development discipline, driving cross jurisdictional coordination, and supporting scalable growth across divisions. Her leadership is underpinned by a strong strategic lens, deep market understanding, and a clear focus on long term value creation. Jade is particularly passionate about building high performance cultures and empowering teams to operate with clarity, accountability, and commercial confidence.
Prior to assuming her Group wide remit, Jade served as Managing Director of one of the Groups subsidiaries in the Corporate Division for five years. Over a total tenure of nine and a half years with the business, she was a driving force behind the development and international positioning of its brand. She led the business through a period of significant growth and internationalisation, expanding its global footprint and overseeing service delivery to a sophisticated, multinational client base. During this time, Jade worked closely with clients on complex multijurisdictional regulatory landscapes, advising on corporate structuring, licensing strategies, and relocation projects, and positioning the business as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
Jade holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in International Marketing Management, bringing a distinctive combination of legal acumen, commercial insight, and strategic leadership to her role.
