About The Role.

As an Investor Services Associate, you will be responsible for performing investor onboarding and
investor AML/KYC compliance. Highlights of the role include:

Your duties will include:

  • Daily communication with clients and investors pertaining to investor flows into and out of the alternative investments funds we administer
  • Following investor on-boarding procedures to ensure compliance with Suntera’s AML/KYC practices
  • Maintaining investor profiles in various databases and portals ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing internal workflows and client deadlines, with the goal of improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and minimize errors
  • Responded to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional service while escalating complex issues when necessary

About you.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • 1+ year in a similar role would be an advantage 
  • AML/KYC compliance knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Organised and able to meet or exceed client deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
