About The Role.

As an Investor Services Associate, you will be responsible for performing investor onboarding and
investor AML/KYC compliance. Highlights of the role include:

Your duties will include:

Daily communication with clients and investors pertaining to investor flows into and out of the alternative investments funds we administer
Following investor on-boarding procedures to ensure compliance with Suntera’s AML/KYC practices
Maintaining investor profiles in various databases and portals ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Managing internal workflows and client deadlines, with the goal of improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and minimize errors
Responded to client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional service while escalating complex issues when necessary

About you.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
1+ year in a similar role would be an advantage
AML/KYC compliance knowledge is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Able to effectively manage multiple priorities
Organised and able to meet or exceed client deadlines
Strong attention to detail
