We welcomed Charlene to the Suntera Group in 2025 as part of our acquisition of Khepri. In her role as Regulatory Consulting Partner, Charlene brings over 20 years of industry experience and manages a diverse portfolio of clients, including private equity firms, investment advisers, and wealth managers. She supports them in meeting their regulatory compliance obligations and maintaining strong governance standards.
Charlene was previously a Senior Principal Consultant at ACA Group, where she advised Private Equity, AIFM, and Venture Capital clients and managed complex projects across AML, prudential regulation, and M&A compliance. Before this, she served as a Compliance Manager at a private equity Firm specialising in management buyouts, buy-ins, and minority investments. Earlier in her career, Charlene worked for a Merchant Bank, which saw her lead an AML client onboarding team and gained valuable experience in financial crime processes and client due diligence.
Her qualifications include a CISI Diploma in Compliance and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hertfordshire.
