About the Role

Due to expansion in our service offering and our commitment to providing best in class solutions, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our trust team as a Trust Manager.

As Manager, you will provide oversight, day-to-day management and cohesive leadership to the Trust team. You will be responsible for liaising with the trust team on all day-to-day matters within the scope of their duties and facilitate staff development through guidance, training and performance feedback. You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain a high level of client service and appropriate levels of client relationship, fiduciary and transactional risk;
  • Assist with group organisation and the control of workflows, working with directors and other managers to ensure work is carried out in an orderly and timely fashion; and
  • Be involved with complex and bespoke services provided to the fiduciary entities, ensuring that risks are properly identified, and appropriate action plans are put in place to mitigate the risks associated with fiduciary vehicles.

About You

You will be a Jersey Entitled resident with relevant management-level experience and strong interpersonal skills. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Strong knowledge of trust, company and fiduciary structures;
  • Qualified in STEP, ACCA, ACA or similar professional qualification, or working towards the same;
  • Be proactive and forward-thinking with the ability to deal with tasks independently and use your initiative;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills; and
  • Proven experience and ability to lead a team and assist with training and development of staff.
