About the Role

As Trainee Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class service through the day-to-day administration and communication to our clients.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• The efficient day-to-day management of clients’ affairs and maintenance of all records in accordance with group procedures;
• Providing a high level of service across the team and other colleagues alike;
• Managing workload, seeking advice and direction from colleagues as appropriate;
• Maintaining client records as and when required;
• Completing all administrative tasks within agreed timeframes; and
• Ensuring relevant group procedures are being adhered to and compliant with responsibilities set out in the procedures manual.
  
  

About You 

You will be an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a willingness to develop your technical knowledge and experience, particularly in administering offshore structures. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

• Accuracy in your work and excellent attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to successfully build good relationships with clients, advisors and colleagues alike;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Be proactive, with decisive thinking skills and the ability to use your own initiative;
• Ability to work with integrity, resilience and flexibility in order to meet the day-to-day demands of the role; and
• A strong personal drive and commitment to continual learning and obtaining relevant professional qualifications as and when necessary.
