Job Description

About The Role.

As a member of our Registrar & Transfer Agents team you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Services Team, assisting the Manager to ensure all daily tasks can be performed within the agreed service levels with clients and in compliance with the group and local policies. The incumbent is responsible for the accuracy and effectiveness of service delivery and will support the manager to improve operational efficiencies as well as risk management by effective escalation. 

Your duties will include:

  • Attend client requests for daily transactions including share transfer, share removal etc.
  • Ensure daily transactions are performed in compliance with procedure manuals and group policies without delay and error-free.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations or agreed service levels.
  • Maintain debtors oversight for your client portfolio.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager from time to time.
  • Report any risk exposures to Manager for any exceptional/suspicious issues.
  • Provide cover for other team members if necessary.

About you.

As Senior Administrator, you will have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, with previous experience in a similar role. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in share registration work.
  • Sound knowledge on share registration services for listed companies.
  • Capable and willing to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and willing to help others.
  • The ability to demonstrate continued professional development.
