To fuel that growth, we have an exciting job opening for a Senior Trust Executive within a growing team in our dynamic and fast-paced Hong Kong office.

As a Senior Trust Executive, you will be responsible for providing an accurate and efficient service to our busy international client portfolio and partner with other departments, both locally and across our global offices, to provide comprehensive solutions. You will also have the opportunity to:  

  • Deal effectively and efficiently with all internal administration matters, complying with all relevant external regulations and internal company policies and procedures;
  • Liaise with clients and support them with their day-to-day administration queries;
  • Deal with new business administration including proposals, client acceptance, compliance requirements and trust documentation;
  • Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing to advise them on matters relating to their structures;
  • Meet with clients as necessary to ascertain and update their requirements; and
  • Prepare contracts and agreements for clients, as well as oversee the upkeep of trust and company files and records on a day-to-day basis.

You will be a focused and experienced individual with a strong understanding of company and client administration including statutory, company secretarial (multi-jurisdictional), regulatory and compliance. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • STEP, ICSA or other relevant qualification attained or willing to attain;
  • Minimum of three years working within a Trust or Corporate Service Provider environment;
  • IT literate including Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge;
  • A passion for self-development and the ambition to manage and advance your career; and
  • Excellent language skills – Mandarin and English are essential.
