Senior Compliance Administrator





We offer corporate governance and compliance support to a range of international clients, using our knowledge and experience to guide them through the complexities of national and supra-national compliance. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a knowledgeable individual to join our team as we continue to offer the highest level of compliance services to our clients worldwide.

As Senior Compliance Administrator, you will assist the compliance team in developing a good compliance culture across the organisation to support our trust, company and foundation services.

  • Undertake testing in accordance with the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) and escalate any identified breaches and ensure that gaps are followed up and monitored to closure;
  • Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative requirements and incorporate these into compliance monitoring procedures;
  • Provide regular compliance monitoring reports and management information for the Compliance Officer for the preparation and delivery of Board reports;
  • Assist with the maintenance of customer due diligence records and various regulatory registers;
  • Undertake WorldCheck searches and review all potential hits from overnight screening, including dealing with Sanctions updates reviews and Google alerts reviews;
  • Maintain the Compliance archive system; and
  • Assist in ensuring adequate training on compliance issues for all relevant staff.

You will be a Jersey Entitled Resident with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior management and administration teams. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Relevant professional qualification and/or experience in the Jersey finance industry;
  • Working knowledge of relevant Jersey legislation and regulations;
  • Appropriate level of judgement and a logical approach to problem-solving;
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets;
  • Be able to work both independently and under supervision, and be a team player; and
  • A good standard of oral and written communication skills.
