Laura joined the company in 2019 and is responsible for coordinating our HR offering and developing relationships across all of our offices. Laura graduated in Ireland with a Bachelor of Business Studies (Hons) before she moved to the Isle of Man in 2000 and started a career in the Finance industry. Having studied Human Resources as part of her degree, she pursued her first role in HR and has specialised in it ever since. Laura obtained a HR qualification through CIPD and has developed a strong HR generalist background with significant experience in HR principles and practices.
