About the Role

As a Fund Administrator, you will provide an accurate and efficient service to clients, supported by management and in-house specialists.

You will deal effectively and efficiently with fund administration duties, complying with all relevant external regulations and internal Company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients and service providers regarding day-to-day administration duties;
  • Processing payment transactions and maintaining accounting records for client entities;
  • Compiling and collating investor application information, ensuring all appropriate AML documentation is received in a timely manner;
  • Investigating and responding promptly to ad hoc investor queries; and
  • Reconciliation of bank and broker accounts.

About You

You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with experience of working in a regulated financial services environment or similar administrative role. Knowledge of fund structures, bookkeeping or shareholder services may be advantageous, though not essential. The following attributes are essential:

  • Effective communication skills;
  • Accuracy with attention to detail;
  • Good academic qualifications and have or be willing to work towards an accounting or compliance qualification;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; and
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
