About the Role 

Our funds division provides professional fund administration services to a broad range of investment funds. We are seeking a conscientious individual to join our Shareholder Services team, providing administration and compliance services to our client funds and their shareholders.

In the role of Fund Administrator, you will have responsibility for:

  • Reviewing investor applications to ensure all AML/CFT and other regulatory procedures have been satisfied;
  • Processing investor subscription and redemption requests in accordance with fund documentation;
  • Reconciliation of client monies accounts, liaising with fund managers in respect of cash movements, and processing cash transfers to and from the funds;
  • Corresponding promptly with regard to ad hoc investor requests;
  • Ongoing compliance checks and risk reviews of investors; and
  • Maintaining the funds’ share registers.

About You

You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with experience of working in a regulated financial services environment or similar administrative role. Knowledge of fund structures and/or shareholder services is desirable, though not essential. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Effective communication skills;
  • Accuracy with attention to detail;
  • Good academic qualifications and have or be willing to work towards a compliance qualification;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; and
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
