About the Role

The Digital Learning Designer position is responsible for creating relevant, effective and active online learning material for Suntera Global as a Group and other diverse B2B/client markets globally. 

  • Create custom artwork, animation, and storyboard scriptsWork with internal and external SMEs to transform linear content into engaging learning solutions
  • Edit and update the existing library of courses
  • Work closely with Group and B2B SMEs globally to develop new and existing eLearning courses
  • Ensure content matches established learning objectives
  • Structure content and activities to optimise learning
  • Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts
  • Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to delivery options for the course
  • Create and maintain templates for new instructional strategies
  • Promote continuous eLearning improvement and innovation through ongoing research and development

About You

  • Proficient in Articulate Storyline with a clear technical knowledge of working with tiggers and variables
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience in Adobe’s Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Excellent analytical and organisation skills
  • Strong visualization skills
  • Innovation and creativity
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Instructional design knowledge of theory and best practice
