About Us

Suntera Global is a rapidly developing provider of corporate, fund and private wealth services to a global client base from eight international offices. Due to the planned expansion of our business, we are looking for a Billing and Timesheet Officer to join our Finance team in supporting the global Group.

About the Role

As part of our global finance department, our billing team works with the Suntera Group worldwide to ensure we operate efficiently and compliantly, reduce corporate risk, and protect wealth for future generations. As we continue to identify opportunities to expand our offering, we are looking for an individual to join our billing team and support the Group with administration work that underpins this key service.

As a Billing and Timesheet Officer, you will work closely with colleagues across all of our offices to assist in a variety of billing and time sheet related matters. You will work as part of a close-knit team in a busy and growing department where the delivery of high-quality service and solutions is key.

Within your role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide support and contribute to the global billing and global timesheets processes;
  • Assist with the annual billing run;
  • Independently handle raising invoices and credit notes;
  • Advise departments on invoicing matters and answer billing queries;
  • Communicate with colleagues across the Group to ensure timesheets are accurately completed and reviewed in a timely manner;
  • Provide cover for other areas of the finance team, giving you the opportunity to further your skills and experience with the department; and
  • Carry out ad hoc administration duties to support the team and department as a whole.

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for either a school leaver or a graduate. Full training will be provided to add the layer of knowledge required and you will have a support network within the department to assist you in the role. The following attributes would also be advantageous:

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Self-disciplined and detail-oriented;
  • Strong teamworking skills;
  • The ability to work to deadlines, both independently and as part of a team; and
  • An aptitude for IT, including knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and develop new ways of working, where you will have the opportunity to input into the evolution of our business processes on an ongoing basis. In addition to a competitive salary, you will be rewarded with a performance-driven bonus, a benefits package, and the training and career opportunities that come as standard with a dynamic and rapidly growing group of companies.

For the right candidate, there is also the potential for this to be a part-time and/or flexible position.
